Who to Call

There are a number of organizations within Sugarmill Woods who work to serve the residents of the community. Sometimes residents become confused as to which organization or team to call when confronted with issues and / or concerns.

The following should help. Please note the term "POA" refers to the Property Owners Association (either Cypress Village, Oak Village, or Southern Woods) depending on where you reside. The Property Owners Association contact information is as follows:

• For questions related to the following topics, please contact your responsible POA/HOA office:
• Architectural Control Issues related to home and landscaping improvements
• Deed Restriction questions and enforcement
• Disaster Control questions relating to your village
• Greenbelt (common area) issues such as downed trees or trees needing removal, trespassers in the common area, etc.
• POA/ Annual Assessment Fees
• POA Board Meetings and Annual Meeting
• Right-of-Way and / or Cul-de-sac mowing
• Temporary Parking of Recreational Vehicles, Boats, etc at your home
• Daytime and Nighttime Security Patrols, etc

The Sugarmill Woods Country Club, Oak Village Sports Complex, and Citrus National Golf Club are privately owned.
